Scope
These terms cover use of our website and our customer service text messaging program. Equipment sales, installations, repairs, warranties, and payment obligations are governed by the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

SMS Program
AZ Coffee Techs LLC sends service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, repair status, and customer support follow-ups. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent
You may agree to receive service texts verbally during a phone call with our team. You may also initiate a text conversation with our main business number, and we will respond regarding your inquiry. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Consent to texting is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service requests, and conversations with our team. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
